JOB OVERVIEW

**About Data Career Jumpstart:**

Data Career Jumpstart is a bootcamp that helps aspiring data analysts transition into rewarding careers in the data field. We offer structured programs, hands-on projects, and expert coaching to guide people from zero experience to a full-time data analyst job. We’re growing and looking for someone who can drive leads, increase sales, and help us scale.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing "Rainmaker" to take charge of our marketing campaigns, funnel creation, paid ads, and copywriting. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced with high-conversion marketing strategies, specifically in the online course or membership space. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing sales funnels, running paid advertising campaigns, and writing persuasive, conversion-focused copy for ads, emails, and landing pages. Essentially, you’ll be the driving force behind the revenue growth of Data Career Jumpstart.

If you’re familiar with the marketing strategies of **Russell Brunson** and **Alex Hormozi**, and you’ve achieved results with funnels and paid ads in previous roles, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities:**

- Build and optimize high-conversion sales funnels (webinars, challenges, evergreen, etc.) using Go High Level
- Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) that drive leads and sales at a profitable ROI.
- Write persuasive, action-driving copy for funnels, landing pages, email campaigns, and ads.
- Analyze data to optimize campaigns, scaling what works and tweaking what doesn’t for maximum impact.
- Work closely with the founder to strategize and implement marketing initiatives that generate consistent revenue growth.
- Create marketing plans and campaigns to promote our bootcamp, free courses, webinars, and communities.
- Test and tweak messaging, offers, and creative to ensure high conversions across platforms.
- Track, report, and communicate campaign performance, offering insights and strategies for continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience with marketing funnels and paid ads, preferably in the online education or course industry.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (or willingness to learn)
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and copywriting, with an ability to craft high-conversion landing pages, emails, and ads.
- Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or other paid advertising platforms.
- Strong track record of managing and scaling profitable ad campaigns.
- Familiarity with online course marketing and community-building strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with an ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions.
- A portfolio or case studies showcasing **measurable results** (e.g., increased revenue, higher conversion rates, lower cost per lead, etc.).

**Preferred Skills:**

- Familiarity with Russell Brunson’s **DotCom Secrets**, **Expert Secrets**, or Alex Hormozi’s marketing style.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel ) and automation tools.
- Experience marketing courses, bootcamps, or membership communities.

**Key Attributes:**

- **Growth-Minded:** You’re always seeking ways to improve results and scale campaigns.
- **Proactive & Independent:** You take initiative and thrive in a remote environment without needing hand-holding.
- **Strategic:** You understand both the big picture and the details, ensuring every funnel and campaign moves the needle.
- **Results-Oriented:** You’re laser-focused on performance and delivering measurable outcomes.

**To Apply:**

Please submit your resume, portfolio, or case studies showcasing past marketing results (e.g., funnels, paid ads, and copywriting) and a brief cover letter detailing why you’d be a great fit for this role.

If you don’t fit all the requirements, that’s okay. They are more of a wish list. Please feel free to apply and convince me you’re the right fit.
