PRIME is a leading web design agency dedicated to helping customers launch their online businesses. We specialize in WordPress Woocommerce solutions for our clients. We are seeking energetic and friendly individuals with excellent English communication skills to join our team as a Marketing Specialist & Customer Service Representative to enhance customer satisfaction and drive marketing initiatives that elevate our products and services.

About the Role:
This dual-role position combines exceptional customer service with innovative marketing strategies. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction while developing and implementing marketing campaigns to expand our reach and improve engagement through various products and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage social media marketing platforms.
Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
Analyze platform performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Plan and maintain a content calendar.
Execute search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
Review and utilize Google Analytics to enhance marketing performance.
Manage content marketing initiatives, including WordPress web design and editing.
Educate clients on creating engaging website blog content.
Leverage Google Drive for content management and collaboration.

Customer Service Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly.
Resolve complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document and update customer records with detailed information.
Follow up with customers to confirm the resolution of their issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine customer service processes.
Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude toward customers.
Stay informed about product offerings and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
Proficiency in customer service software and CRM tools.
Intermediate knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEM tools.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and work schedules.
High school diploma is required; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
