Marketing Specialist

We are a tour company. I need a general marketing specialist who also has good graphic design skills who will help us with creating our tour brochures (either new ones or updating existing ones - these are in PDF format), select and includes images from our library or royalty free images from online, checking and updating brochure copy to ensure the program is correct , hotels are correct and inclusions are correct. Also add the tours to the content management system of our website (Word Press). For a new tour the process is the tour provider provides the full itinerary, what hotels are included, what meals are included. The marketing specialist will take this input and create the brochure and populate the website. For a new departure of an existing tour, the work will be to update the previous brochure to show new dates, check all inclusions to ensure it matches the updated content from the provider e.g. check if hotels have changed. There will be other duties to start with such as properly setting up our image library, I need someone who is proactive is skilled in the use of AI for drafting copy or improving existing copy, is good at choosing imagery. If you have some video production skills that would be a bonus. Finally, we have a very active Facebook page with Upgrade to see actual info,000 fans. You will need to develop a schedule of posts for the page and develop the content for the page.
