JOB OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Specialist at Pigeonhole is responsible for enhancing the brand's visibility and driving traffic to both the online store and physical locations through high-quality video content and strategic marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's values, increasing store foot traffic by 20% over six months, and boosting social media engagement by 15% through compelling video content. The Marketing Specialist will manage Pigeonhole's social media presence, ensuring a consistent brand voice, and work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, social media management, and marketing strategy, with a focus on creating an authentic and engaging brand experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Video Content Creation:
Lead the production of compelling video content, from concept to final edit.
Collaborate with in-store teams to capture footage that genuinely reflects the Pigeonhole brand.
Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely video releases.
2. Marketing Strategy Development:
Craft and implement a marketing strategy that effectively promotes both digital and physical store fronts.
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize campaign performance.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets and KPIs.
3. Social Media & Online Presence:
Manage Pigeonhole’s social media platforms, focusing on storytelling and community engagement.
Use video content to enhance online marketing, driving traffic to the web store and physical locations.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies for maximum impact.
4. Brand Consistency & Development:
Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets that align with Pigeonhole’s aesthetic.
Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve Pigeonhole’s marketing approach.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an executive assistant role, with a strong emphasis on sales analytics and KPI management.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and manage complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in project management is a plus.

PRACTICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Full-time availability with flexible working hours, aligned with Sydney office hours.
• A dedicated, quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
• A reliable, high-speed internet connection with a backup option for emergencies.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Remote work with regular virtual meetings to discuss developments and objectives.
• Flexibility to respond to urgent requests outside of standard working hours, with additional compensation as agreed.

1. VIDEO: Create a 2-5 minute video introducing yourself and explaining why you’re the best fit for the Marketing Specialist role at Pigeonhole. Focus on your experience in video production, social media management, and marketing strategy. Include examples of how you've used these skills to drive brand engagement and increase sales.

2. CHALLENGE: Pigeonhole is launching a new seasonal jewelry collection next month, and you’ve been asked to create a marketing campaign to promote the launch. Your challenge is to:
Develop a one-page marketing strategy outlining the key elements of the campaign. This should include:
- Target audience (demographics, interests, behavior),
- Key messaging for the collection,
- Video content ideas (include two unique video concepts to be shared on social media),
- Social media strategy (platforms, posting schedule, and engagement tactics),
- KPIs to measure the success of the campaign (e.g., social media engagement, web traffic, store foot traffic).
- Submit the one-page strategy as part of your application.

3. RESUME: Provide a copy of your resume and a link to your LinkedIn profile.
4. REFERENCES: Contact details for two referees (one professional and one personal) who can vouch for your experience and skills.
