We’re looking for a versatile and forward-thinking Social Media & Marketing Specialist to help expand our reach and enhance our brand presence.
Role Overview:
This dual-role specialist will focus on elevating Twin Oaks’ social media presence and supporting marketing initiatives. In addition to managing social platforms, you’ll engage with audiences, create compelling marketing materials, and stay ahead of trends to ensure our brand remains fresh and relevant.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Schedule, publish, and monitor posts on all social media platforms.
Engage with comments and direct messages to foster community and brand loyalty.
Repost relevant stories and interact meaningfully with audiences.
Identify and recommend trending topics, audio, and styles for Reels and TikToks.
Flag leadership/management for any negative content or comments requiring escalation.
Marketing Support:
Design and produce marketing materials such as flyers, postcards, and brochures.
Assist the Marketing Manager in tracking analytics and preparing performance reports.
Creative Direction:
Generate innovative ideas for campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and techniques to enhance marketing efforts.
Contribute to the creation of Reels, TikToks, and other video content using tools like CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
Administrative Support:
Support the Marketing Manager with special projects and strategic initiatives.
Research and suggest best practices to improve our social media and marketing processes.
Qualifications:
Core Skills (in order of importance):
Excellent written communication: Ability to craft engaging captions, CTAs, hashtags, and brand-aligned content. Strong editing skills. Strong technical and creative writer. A sense of humor is a must.
Graphic design: Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Canva expertise is a plus.
Video editing: Experienced in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
General Requirements:
Passion for social media, marketing, and storytelling.
Proactive and curious with a sharp eye for what’s trendy and culturally relevant.
In touch with online culture and pop culture events.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
