JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and professional Marketing & Sales Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded skill set, including basic website experience, CRM knowledge, and strong organizational abilities. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update websites as needed, ensuring all content is current and accurate.
Utilize CRM tools to organize, track, and manage client interactions and data.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and organize emails to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Develop, maintain, and execute social media calendars, including posting and interacting with followers on various social media platforms.
Conduct online research to build and refine lead lists based on niche markets and specific locations.
Assist in creating and executing social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Ensure that all tasks and projects are completed on schedule, maintaining the highest level of organization and attention to detail.
Requirements:

Basic experience with website management and content updates.
Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience with social media management, including content creation and engagement.
Strong research skills with the ability to navigate the internet to find and compile data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
