AI Developer Generalist / Marketing Hacker

Catullan is an early-stage venture studio at the intersection of AI and healthy aging. Our mission is to redefine healthy aging by seamlessly integrating AI into the everyday lives of older adults. We believe that the future of product development lies in leveraging cutting-edge tools, including AI code copilots like Cursor and innovative low-code/no-code platforms such as IFFT and Lovable.
We are seeking a versatile and driven growth hacker to join our team and help us rapidly test and iterate new ideas. This role is for a generalist who can don multiple hats—from designing engaging landing pages to deploying them efficiently using the latest technological aids.
As we progress, you’ll not only identify promising market opportunities and develop validated business models but also actively employ AI-assisted coding and low-code/no-code methodologies to build quick MVPs. Your work will directly influence our ability to iterate fast and innovate in the evolving landscape of AI-powered healthy aging solutions.

Responsibilities
Design: Create compelling and user-friendly landing pages with the help of AI.
Rapid Prototyping: Utilize cost-effective and free tools, with an emphasis on AI code copilots like Cursor, to accelerate development cycles.
Resourceful Deployment: Leverage free tiers, open-source tools, and low-code/no-code platforms (including IFFT and Lovable) to launch and manage our online presence effectively. Knowledge of free icon and image libraries, and an understanding of the limitations of free tiers on hosting platforms like Vercel, AWS, or Netlify.
MVP Development: Build and iterate quick MVPs by integrating modern tools that empower rapid prototyping and streamlined deployment.

Your Skills
Innovative and Resourceful: Ability to harness AI code copilots (e.g., Cursor) and low-code/no-code platforms to produce high-quality results with efficiency.
Prompt Expert: You know how to prompt Gen AI to get the best output.
Web Design and Development: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web frameworks like Next.js or React. Experience in creating responsive, high-impact websites.
Adaptability: Comfortable starting from templates or existing designs, with a continuous drive for improvement and innovation through modern tools and methodologies.
