Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Write and optimize blog posts, captions, and video scripts for real estate, neighborhood tours, small businesses, and events. Repurpose content across multiple platforms while ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
Social Media Management: Seamlessly manage Instagram, YouTube,

Automation and Tools: Develop automations to streamline workflows and enhance productivity using tools like ManyChat (preferred) and ChatGPT. Use Notion for organization and collaboration.
SEO and Website Optimization: Optimize written content and implement SEO strategies to boost website performance.
Research and Reporting: Conduct research on trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Track performance metrics, create reports, and provide actionable insights.
Project Management: Organize, prioritize, and manage tasks to meet deadlines. Proactively suggest and implement workflow improvements.
Graphic Design: Design professional, brand-consistent visuals using Canva for

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in social media management (Instagram, YouTube,
