Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or roadblocks to keep projects moving smoothly.
Monitor task completion and ensure results without the need for repeated follow-ups.
Collaboration and Communication
Serve as the key point of contact for clients, providing clear updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns promptly.

Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of project management in a marketing, creative, or agency environment.

Skills:

Proficiency in Monday.com, GoHighLevel, Stripe, and Microsoft Suite.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to anticipate needs, work autonomously, and ensure project follow-through without micromanagement.
Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes.
Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of completing tasks efficiently and ensuring deadlines are met.

Growth Potential
This role starts as part-time (4 hours per day) to focus on core project management responsibilities. As you demonstrate impact, initiative, and ownership, there will be opportunities to:

Scale Hours: Expand into a full-time role as the company grows and the workload increases.
Broaden Responsibilities: Take on larger, more complex projects and refine internal processes.
Lead Initiatives: Mentor junior team members and contribute to the long-term success of client campaigns.
