Marketing assistant (probably start out part time)
- push projects forward - more back end things (not client facing)
- work with vendors - this is more of filling out the paperwork and making sure contracts go through, following up,
do they need any other information - mostly be all through emails
- Kajabi for learning management
- KEAP for CRM (Database of about 5,000 people)
- step in and support with admin and research
- Quickbooks for financial system
- Review WhatsApp chats and make sure things are covered in the EOD Meeting
- Getting SOPs together, find out what's missing, work with Sibyl.
- Help manage course and curriculum development
*Self Starter, proactive , intuitive, attention to detail
*Willing to train, have them shadow different people, etc.
*Take one of their assessments
*uses Ring Central is their phone system but they won’t need to be on the phones to start for this

RATE : $8 USD PER HOUR Following US Timezone
