Marketing Project Manager

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be instrumental in managing our marketing projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with me and our team of over six marketing professionals to enhance operational efficiency, ensure project deadlines are met, and drive growth. This role requires high-level understanding of marketing principles and proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp or Airtable.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage project timelines and workflows using ClickUp or Airtable.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements:

3-5 years of experience as a project manager in a marketing or related field.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and market dynamics.
Proven working experience in project management tools like ClickUp or Airtable.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
Proactive attitude towards driving project completion and growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
