If you’re equal parts operator, marketer, and creative brain, keep reading.
I’m looking for a Copywriting Assistant who understands copywriting, can write, has a marketing brain, and also is great at being organized and staying on top of projects.
You should be tech-savvy and comfortable inside both
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Loading, testing, and scheduling
- Building automations + connecting tools (Roezan, Calendly, Zapier, ThriveCart, forms, tags)
- Writing and repurposing content like
- Light copy editing + formatting (bonus if you can match brand voice)
- Pulling stats + reporting on
- Managing deadlines, deliverables, and assets across multiple projects
- Supporting launch execution, client projects, and ongoing content production
You’re a Fit If You:
- Understand core copywriting + marketing principles (messaging, funnels, CTAs, content strategy, segmentation, etc.)
- Are experienced with
- Have a strong handle on project management (Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
- Are organized AF and obsessed with checking things off a list
- Are confident writing + editing content in someone else’s voice
- Love thinking strategically and executing details
- Communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and don’t ghost (seriously, just don’t)
- Have worked with online business owners, creators, or service providers
