Marketing Operations Specialist

We’re hiring a full time Marketing Operations Specialist. But not just anyone! We’re looking for: someone with a start-up mentality who approaches every task with passion, grit and a "never-give-up" attitude.

You’ll be an essential part of the team, handling everything from content optimization, website updates, podcast post-production to so much more. You’ll be working closely with the Marketing Team Lead ensuring our content shines across multiple platforms and our operations run smoothly.

In This Role, You Will:

* Content Optimization: Take content and adjust them for Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tiktok, and other social media platforms to maximize engagement
* Podcast Management: Handle podcast post-production, including uploading episodes to Spotify, optimizing them for YouTube, and ensuring consistent branding
* Website Management: Make updates and changes to our website
* SEO Support: Optimize web pages, blog posts, and other content to improve organic search visibility
* Social Media Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance to help refine our strategies
* Copy and Design: Draft compelling copy for posts, job ads, web pages, and create eye-catching visuals that align with our brand.


About You:

* 2 -3+ years in a marketing, content creation, or operations role
* Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Tiktok, etc)
* Proficient with WordPress and Elementor
* Experienced with podcast management and post production
* Able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision, and in collaboration with team members
* You have a strong track record of hitting lead generation targets
* You are a strategic, analytical and well rounded marketer who thrives in getting things done
* Excellent in telling stories and copywriting
* You must be high energy, coachable, adaptable, and collaborative.
* Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
