Skills & Qualifications for HubSpot Marketing Specialist (Philippines-Based)
This role will be part of our Creo Collective team in the Philippines, working closely with our existing team to support marketing campaign execution in HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and managing marketing campaigns in HubSpot and ensuring best practices are followed, including campaign tracking, naming conventions, UTM implementation, and form integrations.
Required Skills & Experience:
HubSpot Expertise
Experience building, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns in HubSpot.
Familiarity with HubSpot Campaigns, Forms, Tracking URLs, and Reporting Tools.
Ability to follow naming conventions and organization best practices.
Campaign Execution & Tracking
Understanding of campaign naming conventions for consistency across all assets
Ability to create and manage UTM-coded tracking URLs in HubSpot for performance measurement.
Ensuring all assets are properly tagged to campaigns for reporting accuracy.
Marketing Automation & Lead Management
Experience working with gated landing pages and embedded forms for lead generation.
Understanding of marketing-to-sales handoff processes and lead tracking in HubSpot.
Ability to request and implement embed codes for HubSpot forms into landing pages.
Content & Asset Organization
Ability to manage and track assets such as
Ensuring campaign structures are maintained and aligned with provided instructions.
Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven
Strong ability to follow detailed client instructions and maintain consistency.
Organizational skills to ensure proper tracking and categorization of assets in HubSpot.
Familiarity with HubSpot reporting and analytics to track performance.
Collaborative & Communicative
Experience working with global marketing teams in a remote setting.
Ability to communicate effectively and follow up on campaign requirements.
Comfortable working independently while aligning with team goals and timelines.
Bonus Skills (Preferred, but Not Required):
Experience working with Highspot for asset management.
Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and demand generation campaigns.
Understanding of SEO and inbound marketing best practices.
