We are a fast-growing game development company passionate about creating engaging, immersive computer games. As we move into the next stage of our journey, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to take the reins of our marketing efforts, helping us to promote our games and grow our audience across key social media platforms.

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and influencer marketing. This individual will be responsible for producing high-quality images and videos, managing our social media presence, running ads, and driving partnerships with influencers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous work environment, can manage their own workload efficiently, and takes initiative without the need for constant supervision. Passion for gaming and a strong drive to help grow our community are essential!

Key Responsibilities:

Image Creation: Design eye-catching visuals, including promotional graphics, social media assets, banners, and other content for game promotion across multiple platforms.
Video Creation & Editing: Produce and edit engaging video content, including trailers, gameplay footage, behind-the-scenes videos, promotional clips, and social media video content.
Social Media Management: Oversee and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). Create and schedule posts, interact with our community, and ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels.
Post Optimization: Use data and insights to optimize posts for maximum reach and engagement. Ensure content is tailored for each platform’s audience.
Ad Management: Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X to promote game releases, events, and other key campaigns. Track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Influencer Partnerships: Research and reach out to influencers, streamers, and content creators in the gaming space. Build partnerships to promote our games and increase visibility through authentic endorsements and collaborations.
Campaign Analysis: Track and report on the performance of all marketing efforts, including organic social media, paid ads, and influencer collaborations. Use insights to refine and optimize strategies.
Independent Work: Take ownership of marketing initiatives and manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision. Be proactive in identifying new opportunities to promote the game and engage with our audience.
Minimum Experience & Skills:

Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a similar role, ideally within the gaming or entertainment industry.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including social media graphics, promotional videos, and other visual assets.
Social Media Expertise: Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands (especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X). Knowledge of best practices for each platform, including post timing, format optimization, and engagement strategies.
Ad Management: Experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok Ads, or similar ad platforms.
Influencer Marketing: Experience building relationships with influencers and managing influencer marketing campaigns.
Creative & Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design and editing software. Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and image manipulation.
Analytics & Optimization: Strong data analysis skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or other social media analytics platforms to track and improve marketing performance.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with various teams (game developers, designers, etc.) to align marketing strategies with product development and releases.
Self-Motivation: Must be highly self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without requiring constant oversight or assistance.
Preferred Qualifications:

Gaming Knowledge: A deep understanding of the gaming community and trends in the gaming industry.
Paid Social Campaigns: Experience with a variety of paid advertising strategies (e.g., remarketing, audience targeting) and proven ability to grow paid channels.
Community Engagement: Experience building and engaging with online communities, especially within the gaming sector.
