Marketing Manager - Build & Lead a Creative Virtual Team!

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to build, lead, and manage a talented virtual team of creatives—including video editors, graphic artists, and Klaviyo email marketers. You’ll work closely with management to recruit, onboard, and maintain your team, fostering a positive, productive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing daily social media strategies across Instagram (Stories & Reels), Pinterest, TikTok, and Facebook.
* Overseeing content creation and scheduling using Planable.
* Expanding our Klaviyo email marketing strategy to boost engagement and conversions.
* Hiring, training, evaluating, and managing virtual teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
* Providing clear, detailed daily reports to management.

We’re looking for someone who is:
