JOB OVERVIEW

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth through innovative marketing strategies. This role involves managing lead generation campaigns, expanding our online presence, and ensuring accurate performance tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, capable of creating impactful initiatives to attract high-quality leads and support the company’s expansion.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing Operations, Automation, Enablement and Support (50%):

Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (e.g., blog posts, articles, social media posts) that resonates with our target audience.
Channel Management: Oversee and optimize performance across various digital channels, including search engines, all social media platforms, and emails.
Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing campaigns' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
Website Optimization: Continuously improve the company's website to enhance user experience, drive conversions, and improve search engine rankings.

High-Performance Lead Generation (30%):

Lead Generation: Develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns to attract qualified prospects and work closely with the sales teams to get the targets
Prospecting: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and build targeted contact lists.
Nurturing: Develop and execute effective lead nurturing programs to build relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Email Marketing: Create and send personalized email campaigns to engage prospects and drive conversions.
LinkedIn Outreach: Leverage LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and generate leads.

Organization, Calendar, Drives, Folders, Trackers, Reports, and Dashboards (20%):

Organizational Efficiency: Implement efficient systems and processes to manage marketing activities and ensure seamless collaboration within the team.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in marketing databases and analytics tools.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to provide real-time insights into marketing activities.

Requirements

Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and lead generation.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Digital Marketing/Advertising Products, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CRM software, and data analysis tools e.g. G4, etc
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

SEO/SEM: In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) best practices.
Social Media Marketing: Expertise in managing social media campaigns and building online communities.
Content Strategy: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

Drive Revenue Growth: Generate high-quality leads and contribute to increased revenue through effective marketing campaigns.
Enhance Brand Visibility: Expand the company's online presence and improve brand awareness.
Optimize Marketing Efficiency: Streamline marketing processes and improve ROI on marketing investments.
Foster Collaboration: Work closely with sales and other teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.
Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation.

System Requirements

At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
