Compensation: $1,300 Monthly

Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.

As a leading manufacturer of custom thermal packaging solutions, they deliver cutting-edge insulation and refrigerant packs tailored to the specific needs of their customers. The client's ability to innovate and customize at scale, combined with their reputation for quality, reliability, and competitive pricing, fuels their growth—and they’re looking for a high-energy, innovative, and creative go-getter to take their marketing to the next level.


THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in elevating the client's visibility across digital and traditional platforms. This position requires a strategic thinker who thrives on creativity and innovation while being results-driven. You'll spearhead the SEO, direct mail, email marketing, and social media efforts, while also refining the lead generation process to improve customer engagement before prospects reach the Sales Engineers. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM at first and then 6AM-3PM, Pacific Time.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Development and Engagement
• Research and identify potential customers in niche industries who can benefit from the company’s solutions.
• Engage prospective customers through targeted email campaigns and digital outreach.
• Develop and execute lead-nurturing strategies to ensure prospects receive tailored marketing materials before transitioning to Sales Engineers.

- Digital and Content Strategy
• Create and manage SEO-optimized content for blogs, the company website, and third-party platforms to boost online visibility.
• Enhance website engagement and conversion rates through UX improvements and persuasive copywriting.
• Develop compelling case studies and technical content to highlight the company’s competitive advantages.

- Brand Growth and Awareness
• Execute multi-channel campaigns to strengthen the company’s brand presence in the insulated packaging industry.
• Oversee direct mail initiatives, including the distribution of brochures, marketing collateral, and product samples.
• Identify and coordinate trade show opportunities, ensuring the company’s exhibits stand out with high-impact visuals, promotional materials, and engagement strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in marketing tangible, custom-manufactured products.
- Proven track record in SEO, content marketing, lead generation, copywriting, and digital engagement.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, web analytics, and CRM systems.
- Strong ability to translate technical product features into compelling value propositions.
- Experience managing tradeshows and B2B marketing events.
- Must know how to customize a product with specifications such as size, height, features, images, and drawings.
- Must have excellent mathematical skills in measurement, weight, temperature, time, and weather.
