We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales growth. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, automation, content creation, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversee content creation and marketing automation processes.
• Manage and optimize sales funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Utilize ActiveCampaign and other tools to drive customer engagement.
• Track and analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Must Have:
o 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
o Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign and marketing automation.
o Strong background in sales funnels and campaign optimization.
o Ability to manage and evaluate marketing campaigns effectively.
• Preferred:
o Excellent leadership and project management skills.
o Experience in data entry and marketing analytics.
o Creative problem-solving and strong analytical abilities.
