The Role:-

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager who will take ownership of our marketing initiatives across both our established Client Automation business and our upcoming SaaS product launches. The ideal candidate will be a versatile marketing professional who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies while adapting quickly in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for both our Client Automation business and new SaaS product launches
- Manage all social media channels, creating engaging content that drives engagement and conversions
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and traffic
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and optimise strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the product team to understand product features and translate them into compelling marketing messages
- Manage marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and recommend new approaches

Requirements:-

- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors
- Demonstrated expertise across major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience in content creation and management (blogs, case studies, social posts, videos)
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter mentality with ability to set and meet deadlines independently
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Marketing automation experience is a plus
- Experience with PPC advertising (Google Ads, social media advertising)
