Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Partnership Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and drive inbound opportunities. This role will focus on content creation, social media management, email marketing, and partnerships to position our company as a leading player in the social commerce space.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, and relationship-building. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate our expertise and engage with e-commerce brands, creators, and industry leaders.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Creation
- Develop and execute a content strategy across LinkedIn, email newsletters, and other relevant channels.
- Write and schedule engaging social media posts that highlight industry trends, success stories, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to source case studies, insights, and data-driven content to showcase our expertise.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and reinforces our position as an industry leader.


Email
& Community Marketing
- Plan and manage a regular email newsletter featuring industry insights, company updates, and client success stories.
- Oversee lead nurturing campaigns, optimizing content for engagement and conversions.
- Drive community-building initiatives to grow networks of brands, creators, and partners.

Partnerships & Industry Growth
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with brands, creators, agencies, and industry leaders.
- Manage relationships with event organizers, podcast hosts, and media outlets to secure speaking engagements and press features.
- Support sponsorship and collaboration opportunities that strengthen industry positioning and expand reach.

Performance & Strategy
- Track and analyze key marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Proactively bring new ideas to enhance marketing efforts and brand authority.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or partnerships (preferably in e-commerce, social commerce, or digital marketing).
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and insightful content.
- Proven experience managing B2B social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Beehiiv) and basic analytics.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce and influencer marketing landscape is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently and drive results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
