Marketing Manager

At Ezy Pzy Finance we're looking for an experienced marketing manager, who has great experience with Facebook ads, image creation and Email Marketing to help manage and scale our marketing campaigns in both in AU and UK.

You'll be responsible for launching new Facebook ads, optimizing campaigns, creating images / creatives to use, posting educational content on our social media pages and more.

As well as writing new emails for our email marketing, optimizing our marketing efforts, setting up Zapier automations and reporting on all the above as well as any other suggestions to directors.

Full training on the above will be provided for the right candidate.

This is a remote job with a competitive base salary and PLUS bonuses based on performance!

YOU MUST:

-Have proven experience with Facebook ads scaling / optimizing / management
-Have proven experience with Email Marketing
-Have strong tech knowledge and experience with Zapier automations
-Have a high speed internet connection
-Be very accurate with your work
-Be a fast learner
-Be reliable and organized
-Have Fluent English
-Have C1/C2 Advanced / Mastery of English Minimum
-Be reliable, self-motivated and hardworking
-Have the ability to work at least 40 hours p/w, Mon-Fri
- Be able to do these hours - 4pm start and 2am finish Philippine time (8am to 6pm UK time)
-Ability to work with us long-term, minimum 12 months
-Willing to learn and improve
