Job Overview:
As the Marketing Manager with social media expertise, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. This role combines leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives. You will manage a team, ensuring their efforts support the company’s objectives and maintain brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to understand current trends and customer preferences.
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, focusing on social media platforms, and manage the marketing budget.
Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, content, and performance of all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the business's sales.
Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including but not limited to YouTube,
Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content (text, visual, and multimedia) tailored to each social media platform.
Create and curate monthly content calendars that contain engaging content that is tailored to different social media channels and target audiences.
Conceptualize and execute ads, promotions, and other collaterals outside social media that can help promote the brand.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and advancements to maintain a competitive edge and leverage new opportunities.
Lead and mentor a team of marketers, designers, and social media specialists, providing guidance and professional development, while collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, product) to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns to measure effectiveness and improve ROI.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, engaging trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Stay up to date with social media advertising platforms and leverage paid media opportunities to drive targeted campaigns.
Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all departments.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media platforms, maintaining a positive brand image and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven work experience as Marketing Manager or in marketing leadership roles with a strong focus on social media marketing.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, tools, and best practices.
Proficient in Content Planning and execution across multiple channels.
Proficiency in social media platforms, SEO principles and analytics tools (e.g., Semrush, Metricool, GoHighLevel, etc.).
Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize effectively; experience with Agile methodology preferred.
Strong business management skills with the ability to align marketing with company goals.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
Experience in managing budgets and delivering clear, measurable outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
