We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, optimize ad campaigns, track conversions, and develop strategies to support sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce marketing or agency experience, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management
--Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (Google Ads,
--Optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
Ad Optimization
--Analyze and optimize advertising creatives, ad placements, and audience targeting.
--Continuously A/B test creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions.
Conversion Tracking
--Set up and monitor conversion tracking to analyze campaign performance and customer acquisition metrics.
--Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other tracking platforms to measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strategy Development
--Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
--Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
--Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.
Team Collaboration
--Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and developers to produce compelling marketing assets.
--Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product goals.
Reporting & Insights
--Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and recommendations for future improvements.
--Present insights and actionable strategies to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Experience
--At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in eCommerce or at a marketing agency is a MUST.
--Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads,
--MANAGERIAL LEVEL
Skills
--Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
--Proficiency in conversion tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
--Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
--Excellent project management and organizational skills.
--Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Education
--Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required with proven experience).
Preferred
--Experience scaling eCommerce brands or working with fast-paced marketing agencies.
--Knowledge of SEO,
--Familiarity with marketing attribution models and customer funnel analysis.
