Marketing Manager

At Qencode, we are a close team working on bringing the latest video technology to developers via fast, flexible and efficient cloud APIs. From our headquarters in Los Angeles, California, we have established ourselves as a trusted technology partner to some of the world's leading technology companies, including Fortune 500 giants like NVIDIA, AWS, Google, DigitalOcean and Backblaze.

As we expand our initiatives for 2024, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive all aspects of our marketing strategy. In this dynamic role, you'll work directly with our CEO to bring our marketing initiatives to life, with a specific focus on increasing brand visibility, managing the content development and distribution strategy, developing automated nurturing campaigns, and most importantly - generating high-quality leads.

Responsibilities
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Lead consistent social media and email marketing strategy.
- Develop strategies to deliver valuable content to our users (videos, infographics, benchmarks, and whitepapers).
- Collaborate with influencers, industry leaders, and other organizations to enhance marketing efforts.
- Use metrics and KPIs to make decisions, optimize strategies, and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Implement lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate customer success team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Execute launch plans for new feature releases, from initial planning to post-launch analysis.


Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product launches, content creation, integrated campaigns and influencer marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
- Proficiency with analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Proven marketing experience in the B2B/Technology industry.
