You will be responsible for handling various marketing channels, enhancing lead generation, and ensuring compliance across all platforms. Key Responsibilities:
-Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for our social media platforms. Create and execute engaging social media campaigns that align with our brand and objectives.
-Omnipresent Marketing Flow: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that integrates all channels, ensuring a consistent brand message across various platforms.
-Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing messaging and wording with leads. Emphasize the urgency of each lead type to maximize conversions.
-Custom Drip Campaigns: Create and maintain custom drip campaigns within our CRM to nurture leads effectively and drive conversions.
-Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all marketing platforms and CRM regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
-Lead Source Discovery: Continuously explore and discover new lead sources to increase and maximize the company's lead output.
-Website Development and Design: Oversee website development and design, ensuring it reflects our brand identity and provides an exceptional user experience.
-Content Creation: Create blog articles and other relevant content that resonates with our target audience. Implement SEO optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings.
-Data Analysis: Utilize Excel spreadsheets to interpret marketing data, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in social media management and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and experience in creating drip campaigns.
- Familiarity with website development, design, and SEO best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
