Job Title: Director of Marketing
Location: Remote (US Time Zone)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated, independent, and dynamic Director of Marketing to lead all aspects of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker, adept at mastering new technologies, and always improving and adapting to current market trends and best practices. They will be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining a uniform, cohesive marketing strategy across all platforms, including the website, blog, social media, and newsletters. The candidate will also manage a small team of marketing support assistants to help execute the plans and vision. We are results-focused and performance-driven, measuring success through KPIs on a weekly basis. The right candidate will be compensated generously based on performance results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
- Oversee and manage all marketing platforms, including the website, blogs, newsletters, and social media channels, ensuring -- consistent messaging and cohesive strategy.
- Lead and manage a small team of marketing support assistants, delegating tasks and overseeing their execution to ensure alignment with the overall marketing vision.
- Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and other digital platforms with a focus on our ideal client.
- Ensure all content is grammatically correct, free from spelling errors, and professionally written.
- Stay ahead of market trends and best practices, continuously adapting strategies to optimize results.
- Innovate and streamline processes to improve marketing efficiency and impact.
- Master and utilize new technologies such as MailerLite, Metricool,
- Track and analyze marketing performance data to adjust strategies as needed for improved results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive growth.
- Manage marketing campaigns from conception through execution, monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments for optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- College degree in marketing
- Proven experience in marketing leadership, particularly in the digital space.
- Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professional presentation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including WordPress, MailerLite, Metricool, Zapier, and
- Ability to learn and master new technologies quickly.
- Deep understanding of social media trends and content creation best practices.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring innovative solutions to the table.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing and motivating a small team.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
