We thrive on turning ideas into impactful campaigns, and we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who can seamlessly blend sales funnels, email marketing, lead generation, and copywriting to drive growth.

Your Role in Our Story

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll design, implement, and optimize sales funnels and lead-generation strategies that align with our clients’ goals. From crafting email campaigns to analyzing conversion rates, you’ll take the lead in driving measurable results.

This is a remote position, offering 20–40 hours per week based on experience and availability. Compensation will be competitive and aligned with your expertise.

-Proficient in email marketing, with a strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and conversion copywriting.
-Adept at lead generation tactics and tools to grow pipelines and nurture prospects.
-Data-driven, with the ability to analyze results and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
-A creative thinker who thrives on collaboration and innovation.
-Organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.



Your Responsibilities

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

-Design, build, and manage sales funnels, creating a seamless journey from awareness to conversion.
-Write compelling copy for emails, landing pages, social ads, and other marketing assets.

-Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including crafting engaging content, managing automation sequences, and optimizing performance.

-Generate, qualify, and nurture leads using a variety of digital marketing strategies and tools.
-Collaborate with the creative team to produce messaging that aligns with funnel objectives.

-Analyze performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize campaigns.
-Conduct A/B testing to improve funnel performance, copy effectiveness, and marketing results.

-Stay up to date on copywriting and lead-generation best practices to drive innovation.



Your Skills and Qualifications

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales funnel design, email marketing, copywriting, and lead generation.

Expertise in tools like ClickFunnels, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.

Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms and how they integrate with marketing automation.

Exceptional copywriting and editing skills for crafting high-converting emails and landing pages.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking.



Bonus Points For:

Familiarity with tools like Zapier for workflow automation.

Experience with SEO and PPC strategies to complement lead generation efforts.

Knowledge of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
