Starting salary is 2000 CAD per month with significant upside through bonus's, salary increase and even vesting into equity ownership for the right, long term tea

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Research & Customer Insights
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Gather and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies, sales funnels, and engagement efforts.
- Create detailed audience personas to improve targeting and conversion rates.
2. Sales Funnel Development
- Design, implement, and optimize sales funnels to improve lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Analyze performance metrics of funnel to identify bottlenecks and refine strategies for optimal results.
3. Content Creation & Campaign Management
- Develop, curate, and manage on-brand content across websites, blogs,
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including; social media, advertising, and
- Conduct ad testing and refinement, leveraging data to improve ad performance and ROI.
4. Digital Platforms & Tools
- Management of websites and landing pages, overseeing optimization for conversion and usability.
- AI tools and software applications to increase efficiency, improving effectiveness, and output quality.
5. SEO, Analytics & Reporting
- Optimize content and campaigns for search engines, ensuring strong organic performance.
- Analyze marketing metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare performance reports summarizing campaign outcomes, audience engagement, and ROI.
6. Collaboration & Teamwork
- Collaborate with tea
- Ensure all marketing initiatives reflect a consistent brand identity across platforms and campaigns.
Starting Focus Of Work:
- Lead and execute research projects to deeply understand the primary customer audiences for clients.
- Delivering actionable insights that inform a targeted marketing and brand-building strategy.
- Deliver a measurable increase in brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across key platforms.
- Design and optimize at least one high-performing sales funnel for a client’s service or product.
- Conduct ad testing and refinement, achieving improved ROI on paid campaigns.
- Produce detailed market research reports and audience personas to inform strategy.
- Create high-quality marketing content that aligns with brand identity and resonates with target audiences.
