Join SISU Plunges as a Marketing Lead working directly with our co-founders. You will manage customer support, actively pursue B2B sales through cold calling, execute targeted Klaviyo email campaigns, create engaging Instagram reels, and track key campaign metrics.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer support operations, ensuring prompt issue resolution
- Conduct cold calls to generate B2B sales opportunities
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo
- Edit and publish visually appealing Instagram reels
- Track and analyze click-through rates and engagement metrics

Qualifications:
- Experience in customer support and B2B sales outreach
- Familiarity with Klaviyo
- Proficiency in video editing for social media
