Marketing / Graphic art / General Real Estate VA

I am a full-time real estate agent looking to step up my online presence and marketing. Specifically, I am looking for someone who has extensive experience with marketing on Facebook. Position would be responsible for the following.

- Create content (legal / without copyright infringement) that is of high quality, factual and engaging with minimal input froUpgrade to see actual info.
While I am happy to review and approve, I need someone that understands US real estate and has a creative side.

- Be able to create necessary graphics / ads (graphic arts experience)

- Daily organic Facebook posts (creation and posting)

- Targeted Facebook ads as needed. Specifically, I want to get ads rolling to a specific targeted email database of past clients. Ideal candidate has a strong understanding of these ads (as I do not)

- On rare occasions possible video editing and photo editing

- Contact database management / lead management (I can respond to leads but I need someone to help funnel leads and create a system to prompt me to follow up with leads and past clients) I have previously worked with GoHighLevel and I am in the process of migrating my database back to it. I am open to suggestions on this front, but my experience suggests it may in fact be the best tool for what I am looking for so expert level knowledge with GoHighLevel would be beneficial.

Position could evolve to more than part time own the road. Compensation will adjust with results. I own and operate other companies that I would like to eventually have an applicant assist with marketing/organic facebook posts.
