Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team, working remotely from the Philippines. This role will support multiple brands within our Food and Real Estate businesses, delivering eye-catching designs for a range of digital and print media. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in branding, a passion for visual storytelling, and experience in social media content creation.

Responsibilities:

- Brand Development: Create, maintain, and refresh branding documents, logos, marketing materials, and other visual assets to align with brand standards. Develop cohesive visual identities for different projects, ensuring consistency across various platforms.
- Design & Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality graphics for use in digital and print media, including but not limited to promotional materials, social media posts, website banners, advertisements, brochures, and menus for the food business. Design marketing collateral for real estate projects, such as property brochures, promotional presentations, and signage.
- Social Media Management: Plan, design, and post social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Monitor and respond to social media engagement and inquiries professionally and promptly. Track and analyse social media performance metrics to refine content strategies.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to develop design solutions that meet business objectives. Take direction from project briefs and contribute creative ideas during team meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with international clients.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

- Reliable internet connection and a home office setup conducive to architectural work.
- Availability to work during UK business hours.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing food and/or real estate-related design work.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with Canva.
- Experience with social media content creation, management, and engagement tracking.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to adapt designs across multiple brand voices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently within a remote team environment.
- Highly organised, with an ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
