Position: Meta Ads Expert

Compensation: $700 a month (starting rate, with potential for increase based on performance)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Meta Ads Expert to enhance our e-commerce team's performance. This long-term contract role demands a commitment of 8-10 hours per day. Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective strategies for Meta Ads to drive traffic and ROI.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
Budget Management: Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI, adjusting as needed.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Identify and define target audiences using advanced techniques.
Creative Development and Testing: Collaborate with design teams to produce compelling ads and conduct A/B testing.
Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to inform strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate performance reports and utilize analytics tools to measure effectiveness.
Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated on digital advertising trends and implement innovative strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and PPC advertising.
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager.
Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Strong budget management capabilities and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
