JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a marketing expert who thrives on growing online product sales organically

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Marketing Expert to help grow our eCommerce retail sales across multiple websites. This role is focused on organic marketing, customer engagement, and conversion optimization – not paid advertising.

If you have experience in marketing automation, conversion optimization, SEO, and community-driven engagement, and you know how to increase sales without relying on ads, then we want you on our team!



Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute organic marketing strategies to grow online product sales across various platforms.
- Utilize marketing automation tools like GoHighLevel to manage email & SMS marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
- Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to improve conversion rates and increase sales.
- Build and engage online communities and brand advocates to drive customer loyalty.
- Manage chatbots & conversational marketing using ManyChat, Tidio, or Drift to improve engagement.
- Optimize customer retention programs, referral programs, and post-purchase upsells.
- Track performance metrics using Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Shopify Analytics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Help with content & SEO boost organic traffic & engagement through blogs, videos, and social media.

**SEO & Content Marketing** – Driving organic traffic & engagement
**Email & SMS Marketing** – Customer retention & lifecycle marketing
**Social Media & Community Building** – Engaging and growing customer bases

1. Can you share an example of how you increased eCommerce sales through organic marketing?
2. What CRM & automation tools have you used, and how have they helped in customer engagement?
3. Have you set up email/SMS sequences for eCommerce before? What were the results?
4. How do you optimize conversion rates (CRO) on an eCommerce website?
5. What strategies have you used to reduce cart abandonment and drive repeat purchases?

**Trial Period**
- This role will have a trial period of 2 month to assess performance and ensure a good fit for both parties.
- During this period, the candidate will work on key engagement and conversion strategies to drive measurable results.
