Marketing Executive for Airbnb Business

We are a growing UK-based Short-Term Rental Business and are excited to hire our first team member on marketing department ! If you’re an organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Listing Optimisation – Creating and managing Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platform listings to maximise visibility and bookings.
? Marketing & Advertising – Running targeted online campaigns, including paid ads, social media promotions, and email marketing.
? Branding & Content Creation – Designing eye-catching visuals, writing compelling descriptions, and enhancing our brand presence.
? Market Research – Analyzing competitor listings and industry trends to improve pricing, positioning, and marketing strategy.
? Performance Tracking – Monitoring bookings, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports.

Requirements:
???? Preferred – Previous experience in customer service or night shift roles.
???? Availability – Must be able to work weekends.
