Marketing & Executive Assistant

**Job Posting: Part-Time Virtual Assistant (10 Hours/Week)**

Are you a proactive and tech-savvy professional with a knack for organization and creative content management? The Unwritten Business Guide—an online newsletter, book publisher, and speaking service company focusing on work/life balance and career development—is seeking a part-time Marketing & Executive Assistant (VA) to join our team. We are a dynamic, values-driven business co-owned by two passionate authors and speakers, and we’re looking for a talented individual to help us grow and manage our presence online and beyond.

Position Details
Location: Remote, based in the Philippines
Hours: Part-time, 10 hours per week

Responsibilities
Website Management: Build and maintain our website (Upgrade to see actual info) and substack to ensure it remains up-to-date, functional, and user-friendly
Designing graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.
SEO and Link Building: Optimize our online content and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings.
LinkedIn Page Management: Post engaging content multiple times per week, monitor engagement, and respond to comments on our business’s LinkedIn page.
Social Media Management: Create and manage social media posts + videos, particularly on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn, to grow our audience and engagement. May require editing raw video or audio footage.
Outreach Coordination: Contact companies and podcasts to arrange speaking and training sessions for the co-founders.
Executive Assistance: Handle tasks like arranging personal and business travel, sending thank-you emails and cards, and making purchases as needed.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Strong skills in website building/management, SEO, and social media content creation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram management tools.
- Familiarity with Slack (communication tool)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Access to a reliable computer and internet connection
