Marketing Director for International Travel Company

We're an innovative group travel company specializing in curating unforgettable experiences for young adults (ages 21-35). Our close-knit, energetic team is dedicated to creating meaningful connections through travel. Your ideas and contributions will directly impact our growing brand.

We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Associate ready to dive in, take initiative, and grow alongside us!

Initial Responsibilities (as we build trust and confidence):
- Social Media & Content Assistance: Helping create engaging posts and updates across our social media platforms.
- Training & Documentation: Recording task-based tutorials to help train future teaUpgrade to see actual infombers as you progress within our organization.
- SEO Research: Utilize tools like SEMRush or Scalenut to optimize our website and content strategy.
- Web Content Management: Assist in managing our blog and digital content through our CMS (Webflow).
- Travel Blogging & Proofreading: Contribute to storytelling through compelling blog articles, proofreading, and website updates.
- Sales & Outreach: Build connections with travel agents, arrange podcast appearances for our CEO, and foster partnerships with influencers, universities, and travel communities.
- YouTube & Social Media Strategy
- SEO & Blog Content Strategy
- Pinterest Marketing Strategy
-Advising us on Google & Facebook Ads

Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Data driven, analytics based, strategic mindset
-Experience building brands and growing companies
- Passion for travel and storytelling
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Tech-savvy with experience in email management, scheduling, and project management tools
- A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for tackling new challenges
- Ability to manage others in the future

Location & Availability:
- Based in the Philippines
- Available to work primarily between 8 AM – 5 PM ET, with some flexibility possible (e.g., 7 AM - 3 PM ET)
