Influencer & Creator Partnerships Management
- Outreach to Creators on Email & Third Party Platforms
- Oversee Sourcing & Outreach: Manage VAs responsible for creator sourcing and outreach, ensuring alignment with Nature’s Blooms' brand values.
- Negotiate Contracts & Budget Management: Develop cost-effective agreements with creators, maximizing ROI while staying within budgeted goals.
- Foster Long-Term Relationships: Engage with creators regularly, providing support and nurturing long-term partnerships that align with quarterly objectives.
- Brand Storytelling: Craft and share scripts, as well as winning content ideas for creators, to ensure all content reflects Nature’s Blooms' mission of sharing wellness wisdom.
- Campaign Content Optimization: Guide creators on successful methods for creating video content, both pre-recorded and live, that maximizes audience engagement.

Content Strategy & Development
- Content Ideation: Collaborate closely with the marketing team (graphic designers) to brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Youtube Ads and organic social media posts. This includes:
- Seasonal & Thematic Campaigns: Plan content around seasonal themes, holidays, wellness trends, or product launches to maintain relevance and capture audience interest.
- Audience-Specific Content: Tailor content ideas to different audience segments (e.g., health-conscious professionals, wellness-seeking seniors) to increase engagement and relevance.
- User-Generated Content (UGC) Strategies: Develop concepts that encourage customers to create and share their own experiences with Nature’s Blooms products, building a community-driven content flow.
- Brand Storytelling: Craft ideas that convey Nature’s Blooms’ mission of sharing ancient wellness wisdom, with a focus on natural healing, product benefits, and founder-driven storytelling.
- Educational & Value-Driven Content: Generate ideas for posts that educate the audience on health benefits, product ingredients, or wellness tips, positioning Nature’s Blooms as a trusted wellness resource.

Campaign Tracking & Strategy Refinement
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize influencer collaborations and content strategies.
- Strategy Adjustments: Regularly refine outreach, content, and creator strategies based on insights and performance data to maximize impact.

Customer Service Responsibilities
- Overseeing team that:
- Responds to customer inquiries across channels (email, phone, social media) with accurate product and policy information.
- Resolving customer complaints by processing refunds, replacements, and adjustments as needed.
- Monitoring online reviews, address negative feedback professionally, and encourage satisfied customers to leave positive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, recurring issues, and resolutions.

Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Weekly TeaUpgrade to see actual infoetings: Lead weekly status meetings with the marketing and VA teams to review project progress and address any blockers.
