Laundry Express is an innovative company seeking an experienced Marketing Director with expertise in GoHighLevel CRM to lead our marketing strategies and team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Position Overview:
The Marketing Director will oversee all marketing operations, utilizing GoHighLevel CRM for lead generation, customer engagement, and workflow optimization. This role requires expertise in GoHighLevel and CRM systems, along with strong marketing strategy experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage and optimize GoHighLevel CRM for automation, funnels, and segmentation.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring effective use of GoHighLevel.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns, analyzing performance to optimize ROI.
• Use CRM data and analytics to drive growth and improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, with at least 2-3 years as a Marketing Director.
• Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM and digital marketing (SEO, SEM, content, paid ads).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
Advanced analytics and reporting expertise.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in lead nurturing, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing.
• Familiarity with additional marketing automation tools and CRM integrations.
• Experience in the Laundromat & Restaurant Bar industry is a plus.
