We rely on data-driven marketing to fuel our growth and need a Marketing & Data Tech Specialist to:
Improve our tracking & reporting to ensure we get accurate marketing data.
Enhance our CRM & automation systems to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
Support tech-related activities that optimize business operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your mission? Make sure we have rock-solid tracking, automation, and reporting in place to support better marketing and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Tracking & Data Accuracy – Set up tracking events using Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools. Ensure data integrity in marketing reports.
Marketing Attribution & Analytics – Use Hyros (or similar tools) to track lead sources, ad performance, and customer journeys. Report key insights.
CRM & Email Automation – Work with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) to manage contacts, set up workflows, and schedule marketing emails.
Landing Page Development – Build and optimize landing pages in HubSpot to improve conversions.
Leads Tracking & Reporting – Maintain and update our leads tracking sheet, ensuring all marketing data is properly recorded and reported.
Tech Support & System Improvements – Assist with building better internal systems, organizing data storage, and optimizing workflows for efficiency.

Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Strong experience with marketing tracking tools (Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Hyros, or similar).
CRM & Automation expertise – Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM), setting up email sequences and automation workflows.
Data & reporting skills – Comfortable handling lead tracking sheets, reporting dashboards, and marketing data analysis.
Basic web development skills – Familiar with landing page builders, HTML/CSS, and form integrations.
Detail-oriented & analytical mindset – You love solving problems, finding inefficiencies, and optimizing systems.
Tech-savvy & adaptable – You enjoy learning new tools and implementing better tech solutions.
Organized & proactive – You can manage multiple projects and take ownership of tracking/reporting improvements.
