Marketing / Customer Service Specialist

Role: Marketing / Customer Service Specialist

Overview: The primary responsibility involves engaging in conversations and addressing inquiries from clients across a few platforms, mainly Telegram channels.

Our clients are forex traders, so knowledge on forex trading is required but we can offer training for the first month.

Additional duties encompass overseeing social media presence, engaging with online comments feed, and undertaking a broad range of administrative tasks and help with marketing tasks such as writing and formatting.

Qualifications:
• Fluent in English with strong conversational skills
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly
• Team player
• Proactive in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand business with current clients
• Prior experience in forex trading is advantageous but not mandatory

Technical Requirements:
• Access to a good working PC
• A good working smartphone with high speed data.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection on home and mobile.


Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12PM to 12 AM (GMT+8), including 2 flexible hours over the weekend.

Despite the 12-hour weekday schedule, the workload is typically manageable and allows for flexibility. Busy season happens once a week every 1-2 months.

Most tasks can be executed on either a laptop or phone, though laptop use is recommended.


TImeline:
2 - 4 Weeks Bootcamp > 3 months working > Full time with bonus and career progression

Bootcamp:
The position begins with a 2-4 weeks bootcamp training, during which compensation is set at $10/day. Following this initial period, the salary ranges between $450 - $550 per month with additional bonus after 3 months of work.
