Description:
We’re a growing instructional design and online course business looking for a creative pro who can write high-converting marketing copy and design eye-catching visuals.
This role is perfect for a hybrid talent who knows how to engage an audience with both words and visuals—someone who can concept, write, and design content for:
Social media (posts, carousels, stories, reels covers)
Facebook
Marketing
Landing pages and opt-in funnels
You’ll be responsible for helping us develop marketing campaigns end-to-end—writing compelling copy, designing on-brand graphics, and optimizing layouts for engagement and conversions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
?? Copywriting
Write clear, on-brand copy for
Collaborate on campaign messaging and CTA strategies
Adapt tone and voice to match brand and audience
Know how to write for conversions (short-form + long-form)
???? Graphic Design
Design scroll-stopping social media graphics and ad creatives (static or animated)
Create visuals for
Maintain visual consistency and branding across all assets
Use tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Ideal Skills & Experience
Strong portfolio of marketing copy and graphics (bonus if you’ve worked with online course creators or small biz brands)
Experience with
Familiarity with content strategy and brand storytelling
Eye for clean design, solid layout, typography, and accessibility
Organized, deadline-driven, and collaborative
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Light video editing (for reels, story loops, etc.)
Knowledge of UX/UI design
PowerPoint or Google Slides design
Experience with eLearning or instructional content layout
