Marketing Coordinator Role & Responsibilities

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing initiatives, driving efforts that elevate our brand. Here’s what you’ll tackle:

- Market Research: Analyze competitors, spot trends, and understand customer behaviors to inform strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with the Marketing Director to develop and assess marketing plans by tracking forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing promotional presentations.
- Campaign Coordination: Keep the team aligned by communicating objectives, timelines, and deliverables clearly.
- Event Management: Plan and manage conferences, trade shows, and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Resource Management: Maintain and update sales materials, coordinate new material creation, and ensure our resources are always top-notch.
- Lead Generation: Research new sources for prospective customers and provide insights to marketing leadership.
- Social Media Savvy: Create campaigns to grow our brand's audience and engage our community.

- Experience: 2-3 years as a Marketing Coordinator, Assistant, or Manager, ideally in real estate.
- English Communication: Fluent and engaging, both written and verbal.
- Self-Motivated & Positive: You shine in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
- Growth-Oriented: Love feedback and always aim for excellence.
- Weekend Flexibility: Willing to work weekends when needed.
