About MedPro Disposal:
MedPro Disposal is a rapidly growing company dedicated to providing cost-effective and compliant medical waste disposal solutions. We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Coordinator - SEO to join our team remotely. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional (7-10+ years of experience) with a strong technical and developer background to drive our SEO efforts and optimize our online presence.
Mission:
The Marketing Coordinator - SEO will be responsible for enhancing MedPro Disposal's digital footprint through expert-level SEO strategies, technical optimizations, and high-quality content development. This role will blend advanced analytical skills with creative execution, ensuring MedPro Disposal maintains a strong online presence and generates high-intent leads.
Salary Range: $5-$8/hr depending on qualifications and experience
Salary is paid every week
Responsibilities:
SEO & Technical Optimization:
• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority.
• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and implement solutions for site speed, crawlability, structured data, and indexation.
• Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and on-page SEO elements for improved performance.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and continuously refine SEO approaches to maintain competitive rankings.
Content Strategy & Development:
• Lead content creation efforts, developing SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, case studies, and web copy.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure website updates align with SEO best practices.
• Leverage keyword research tools (Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to identify high-impact content opportunities.
• Implement content schema markup and structured data to enhance search visibility.
Technical & Developer Collaboration:
• Work closely with web developers to troubleshoot and optimize JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for SEO purposes.
• Implement API integrations, automation tools (Zapier), and data tracking systems for enhanced analytics and reporting.
• Manage website updates in WordPress and troubleshoot issues impacting SEO performance.
Multi-Channel Marketing & Lead Generation:
• Support
• Assist in optimizing paid search and social media ad campaigns through SEO insights.
• Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and heatmaps.
• Implement A/B testing for landing pages and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates.
Marketing Automation & Data Analytics:
• Utilize Salesforce, Pardot, and automation tools to segment and nurture leads.
• Provide data-driven insights on SEO campaign performance and ROI.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key marketing KPIs.
What You’ll Need:
• 7-10+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, and digital strategy.
• Technical SEO expertise, including structured data, schema markup, and site architecture.
• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Experience in marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo).
• Strong content strategy and copywriting skills with a focus on SEO optimization.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with developers and designers.
• Familiarity with API integrations, automation tools (Zapier), and A/B testing methodologies.
