JOB OVERVIEW

Website Design & Maintenance
Design & maintain apartment community websites using proprietary CMS (content management system).
Update website content, including photos, videos, floor plans, amenities, and copy, to accurately reflect each apartment community's features and offerings.
Collaborate with onsite teams and regional supervisor to gather content and ensure website information is current and relevant.


Photo/Video/Media Coordination
Coordinate photo, video, and media shoots for apartment communities with preferred vendors, ensuring high-quality content showcasing each property's unique features and amenities.
Oversee post-production processes with preferred vendors, including editing and retouching, to produce polished and professional visual assets.


Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media content plans for apartment communities, including content creation, design, scheduling, and posting for high-focus and lease up apartment communities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with apartment managers and regional supervisors to identify relevant and engaging content.
Develop content-calendars and shared social media best practices for apartment managers and regionalal supervisors for non-focus communities.


Print Material Coordination
Work with preferred vendors to design and produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for apartment communities and ensure print content aligns with digital content.
Requirements

· Departmental Support: Support Marketing Department and property operations by executing creative services-related initiatives

Experience in web design and content management
Strong creative eye and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Experience coordinating photo, video, and media shoots
Proficiency in social media management platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with demonstrated experience
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across various marketing channels
Experience working on the property management or real estate industry is preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
