About the role
As our new Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for helping deliver campaigns and content across both digital and physical channels. From
This is a remote, full-time role, reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with teams across the business. You’ll also coordinate with external agencies, creatives, and freelancers to get the job done.
A few things you’ll be across:
• Building and optimising Klaviyo
• Collaborating with agencies on paid ads (Meta, Google, Bing) and reporting on performance
• Scheduling and managing organic social posts (Instagram,
• Briefing designers, content creators, and copywriters to deliver marketing assets
• Coordinating marketing activities that support wholesale growth and cafe partner campaigns
• Liaising with agencies (PPC, PR, creative) to execute campaigns
• Reporting on key metrics and supporting continuous improvement
• Helping tell the P&R story—especially around sustainability and impact
What you'll bring:
• 2–3 years experience in a similar marketing coordination role
• Strong project coordination and communication skills
• Experience with Klaviyo (or similar EDM), Meta Ads, Google Ads
• Familiarity with Looker Studio and Google Suite
• Experience working with contractors, content creators, and agencies
• Highly organised, with a track record of managing multiple projects
• Passion for coffee (if you don’t love it, this probably isn’t your dream job)
• A collaborative, self-starting approach—and a sense of humour doesn’t hurt
• Bonus: Comfortable using AI tools to enhance output and productivity
