Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview:
Plumbing Unlimited is looking for a data-driven Marketing Coordinator who can analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and ensure that our marketing efforts are on track to meet client goals and company objectives. This role requires a sharp analytical mindset, proficiency in campaign tracking, and the ability to oversee budgets, performance metrics, and client deliverables. You will support the marketing team by taking on essential tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns across all accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Tracking and Analysis:


Monitor marketing campaigns and track performance metrics such as intros, demos, conversions, and revenue closures.
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, ensuring campaigns are on or off track.
Provide actionable insights, such as identifying when more leads or demos are needed to meet monthly goals.
Campaign Oversight:


Ensure that campaigns for clients are executed within budget and deliver measurable results.
Track key metrics, including cost per lead, cost per conversion, and cost per click.
Oversee performance on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, ensuring campaigns align with client objectives.
Budget Management:


Monitor campaign spending to avoid overspending while optimizing budget allocation.
Generate reports on budget utilization and recommend adjustments as needed.
Client Campaign Management:


Ensure that client marketing campaigns, including Google Maps and other local SEO strategies, are on track.
Communicate campaign performance to clients and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
Support and Team Collaboration:


Assist the team by taking on tasks they are unable to complete due to workload.
Act as a central point of contact for tracking campaign progress and troubleshooting issues.
Provide weekly updates on performance metrics and highlight areas that need attention.
Tools and Reporting:


Use marketing analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
Generate weekly and monthly reports for internal teams and clients, highlighting KPIs and ROI.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years in a marketing or analytical role, with experience tracking campaign performance.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Technical Skills:
Understanding of how Facebook Ads and Google Ads work, including key metrics like cost per click, cost per lead, and conversions.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis.
Soft Skills:
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in local SEO strategies and tools like Google My Business and Google Maps.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
Strong reporting and presentation skills for communicating insights to teams and clients.
Work Environment:
100% Remote.
