We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Track project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Assist with various marketing activities.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry and report generation.
- Ensure everyone in the different departments will have aligned goals and tasks are being done on a timely manner.
What are we looking for?
Required:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in
- Experience in Hubspot CRM or at least another CRM platform
- Experience with project management methodologies
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Desired:
- Previous experience working with an
- Worked with some type of
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide tea
- A strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
