Role Overview:
We seek a Marketing Coordinator who will be the key link between our Client Services Manager and Production Control team. This person will be responsible for project management, overseeing the flow of information, and ensuring that marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. The Marketing Coordinator will ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for managing our marketing CRM and creating proposals for new clients. Should be familiar with Facebook marketing and Facebook Ads. Would be great if you are also familiar with Google Ads and Google Analytics as well as you will need to be able to relay this information to our clients.

» Serve as the primary liaison between the Client Services Manager and the Production Control staff.
» Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
» Assign and track internal tasks, providing updates and resolving bottlenecks.
» Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, such as direct mail campaigns, website projects, and digital advertising (Google Ads, social media, etc.).
» Ensure accurate communication and smooth workflow between departments to avoid misalignment or delays.
» Assist with internal marketing tasks and support marketing campaigns.
» Provide hands-on project management, including resource allocation and optimizing processes.

Qualifications:

» Experience in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field.
» Proven experience in project management, ideally within a marketing or agency environment.
» Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
» Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
» Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (experience with CRM systems, project management tools, and analytics platforms is a plus).
» Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
» Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
» Strong English skills is a must
