Marketing Content & Design Specialist (Freight/Brokerage)

Core Tasks:
- Take provided content and adapt it into various formats, including blogs, social posts, and email templates.
- Design graphics ad sets, email, display ads, social, web, landing pages, etc.
- Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, text overlays, etc.)
- Stitch and edit short video and GIF content for digital campaigns across channels
- Drive creation and full execution of a monthly content calendar
- Post organic content on social platforms - client to provide copy
- Create decks and visually enhance internal docs and presentations

Must-Have:
- 3+ years of graphics editing/design experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Adobe Suite for graphic design (XD, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Quick learner with the ability to quickly pick up and understand the niche freight industry.
- Ability to work CST

Nice to Have:
- Experience in the Freight Forwarding or Brokerage industry is a PLUS!
- 1+ years experience with organic social processes and/or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with GMail and Slack for team communication
